**Bookings Coordinator**
Tasks required from yourself:
- To convert leads into active bookings
- To yield bookings according to engineer matrix.
- Liaising with engineers and customers for further works
- Proactive after Sales follow ups
- Processing payments
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls where required
- Liaising with over 20 different internal contacts
What are we looking for
- An individual who is Sales focused
- Someone who is Efficient and uses time management in a fast paced role
- Computer literate, ideally with an admin background
- Putting customers at the forefront of everything we do
Benefits/Detail:
- A Basic salary of £24,000 plus uncapped commission
- Working from home shift work based on 12 week rota. Earliest shift starting at 8am latest shift finishing at 9pm
- Working 2 Saturdays in every 12
- Required to work bank holidays unless booked as holiday
- 28 holiday days
- For every year worked within the business 1 additional day will be added to your holiday up to 5 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
