**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all renewal preparatory work is completed within policy pre-renewal period. Using ANDI-UK’s systems and other information sources to update, collate and prepare consolidated policy and claims data for Underwriters, to enable them to determine the terms for the forthcoming period of insurance, and to then invite and subsequently renew the Policy adhering to internal procedures, processes and timescales.
- Policy debiting producing policy documents, certificates and other mandatory documents for all New Business and Renewals adhering to internal procedures and processes, within stated timescales, ensuring service levels are maintained as per the Commercial Motor business plan.
- Making Policy and premium adjustments where required, updating policies, producing new certificates and endorsements/schedules to meet individual client needs, adhering to service standards as per the underwriting business plan, in a timely manner and to ensure up to date policy records at all times.
- Assimilating often fragmented and inconsistent data provided by Brokers into a meaningful set of declared changes, ie quarterly Declarations, to be actioned on an agreed periodic basis for each individual policy and then processing and returning or collecting the resulting revised premiums.
- Undertake all aspects of Fleet Credit control including preparing statements to be sent to Brokers for settlement, reconciling statements prepared by the larger Brokers against our records, allocating monies received to the correct underlying policies and finance ledgers, ensuring that payment plans via direct debit plans are set up for any Commercial Insureds paying direct by instalments and proactively chasing Brokers and insureds when any payments are missed. With Broker accounts ranging from £200k to £24M (average Broker account of £1.8M), and individual Policy premiums ranging from £2k to £2M (average Policy premium of £50k), keeping on top of this work is a key task.
- Maintaining accurate control data and using various channels, where required, to chase up on Renewals that are due, so that policies can be renewed or lapsed ensuring that policy records are maintained and action taken where necessary.
- On a daily basis complete all associated administration tasks in relation to the timely and accurate processing and recording of all business written in the underwriting area, to include structure of files, scanning, quote logging etc. which must be both timely and accurate to ensure the meeting of business plan objectives and underwriting service standards.
- Ensuring good customer service skills are demonstrated whilst remaining compliant in line with the company’s quality model, on all tasks and calls completed. At all times complying with internal and external data entry quality and timelines to meet regulations.
- Understand and take pride in your contribution towards the success of the business by striving to achieve the best in all areas of your performance, resulting in the achievement of departmental and individual objectives in all areas.
- Maintaining accurate information on each account, current commercial campaigns, FCA and DPA requirements, by following the company policies and procedures.
- Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner, presenting yourself as an ambassador for the company, adhering to the set People & Culture policies and procedures at all times.
- You operate within the rules and requirements of the FCA and any other legal, regulatory and risk management frameworks, ensuring all changes, new changes and procedures are implemented, understood and adhered
