Office Administrator/receptionist

Quick Pest Control Limited is looking for a person to operate the pest control department, as well as carry out general office admin tasks, reporting directly to the Manager.

Usual tasks include:

- Booking jobs from incoming calls
- Coordinating with other branch offices
- Managing the technicians’ job sheets
- Ordering stock, as needed
- Performing some sales calls
- Managing the customers contracts and collecting payments
- Assisting team in planning their tasks
- Maintaining a great relationship with the clients
- Controlling correspondences
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
- Support the business to move forward with your skills and experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Keen to learn
- Minimum 1 year office administrative experience required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
