The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achievesobjectives.

Based in Trafford Park Manchester, this client is a leading manufacturing and production company within the UK.

**Description**

**The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to**:

- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
- Complete day to day administrative tasks

**Profile**
- Experience and proven track record in sales administration, sales support or customer relationship management in a B2B environment (ideally from a manufacturing and production background)
- Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

**Job Offer**

**What the client is offering**:

- Salary on offer is £22,000 - £23,000
- Plus Bonus Scheme
- 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Flexible Environment
- Cycle to work scheme
