We are looking for an E-commerce Trading Assistant to join the OFFICE team at our Shoreditch Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to begin their career in the world of e-commerce, a growing business in recent times. We are seeking someone who has an interest in fashion, partially in shoe brands, someone who has a keen eye for detail, is willing to learn new processes and programs, an interest in descriptive writing, and is prepared to grow their knowledge of reporting

This role will be a key player to the team here at OFFICE, your role will be responsible for the uploading of world-class products. Assist the Ecommerce merchandising team with the administration across the site. This includes product approval across the Office and Offspring websites to optimise conversion and sales. Ensure the products are published in a timely manner on site with all correct attributes and SEO friendly descriptions, including launch products. This role will be the main point of contact for answering all customer service and Buying queries relating to products on site, as well as other administrative duties

**Role Specific Responsibilities**:

- Experience of using excel at a beginner level is advantage.
- Strong communicator both verbal and written.
- Organised - due to the varied nature of this role and the tasks undertaken, you will be required to manage your time wisely, be able to work independently and use your own initiatives to set deadlines.
- Strong problem solver.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Passion for ecommerce, online shopping and how it impacts the current retail environment.
- Highly commercial with strong awareness of fashion trends

**What we are looking for**:

- Taking ownership of the approval process across all websites, making sure product information is correct and styles go live in line with business expectations.
- Ensure each product has the correct web indicator, label and pattern, images, badges & attributes.
- Responsible for all categorisation across all websites. This includes making sure each style sits within all correct categories across the sites.
- Assist in ensuring all special launches across the Office UK and Office London site happen on time using the online launch process.
- Writing engaging & informative product descriptions that are SEO friendly by using buyer’s critical paths and occasionally brands to source info.
- Running product reports such as Unapproved Product reports, Competitor Reports, Product Sales Reports, and any ad-hoc reporting required.
- Being the main point of contact across the team for B&M and Customer Service requests.
- Being the main point of contact for the Photography Team regarding all online image requests.
- Other administrative duties as required, such as the Office Girl process, setting up new brands, updating brand logos etc.
- Assisting the website merchandising team with on-site VM & optimising product visibility including using our visual merchandising tool.
- Assist with SEO requirements across product categories & brands.
