As the Assistant E-commerce Manager, you will play a vital role in driving online sales, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer experience in the digital space. You will be responsible for assisting the E-commerce Manager in the day-to-day operations of the client's online platforms and executing various digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the E-commerce Manager in managing and optimising the client's e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and driving conversion rates.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and affiliate programmes.
-Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies in the beauty industry, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
-Assist in monitoring web analytics data and generating reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
-Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless and timely order processing, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
-Stay updated with industry best practises and keep abreast of technological advancements and advancements in e-commerce, proposing innovative ideas to enhance online presence.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in managing and optimising e-commerce platforms, preferably in the beauty industry or a similar sector.
-Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools.
-Strong knowledge of D2C sales strategies and digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programmes.
-Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
-Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, able to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
