About the Role

We are seeking an E-commerce Trading Manager to join our team at Jaded London.

As a key member of our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for owning and managing the day-to-day trading of our website.

You will work closely with our Head of E-commerce to identify opportunities for optimisation and develop strategies to drive growth and improve our KPIs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our website's net revenue, average order size, value, and conversion rate.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Analyse data using CRO tools to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our Technology team to design and develop tools to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with our Brand and Commercial teams to execute product launches.
  • Develop deep customer insights to inform marketing and business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce and CRO best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in E-commerce or digital retail management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRO tools.
  • Knowledge of Shopify+ and common 3rd party applications.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and improving KPIs.
