The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for a Sales Processing Administrator. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a very important role in achieving our clients’ organisational goals. With great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy, as a Sales Administrator you will be able to provide exceptional sales administration support to the sales team, to help them exceed their objectives. Putting customer needs at the heart of everything, you will focus on delivering complete customer satisfaction in an organised manner.

- **Responsibilities**
- To understand the business capabilities and services
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Deliver complete customer satisfaction.
- Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
- Ensure the complete accuracy of all administration duties to ensure the customer is delivered to ‘right first time’ and to avoid any unnecessary delays.
- If required, write directly to the customer for any information that needs to be passed to them.
- Provide general support to the Sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status, checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices.
- Support the Business Development Manager in sales activities and maintaining sales records and paperwork.
- Arrange and attend meetings where necessary, supporting the preparation of any reporting.
- Provide appropriate data input for financial reporting and customer database management purposes.
- Ensure that the company is represented in a professional way and our products and services are presented clearly.
- Attend relevant events, shows, exhibitions, and networking events where required.

**Essential Skills**
- Proven track record and experience working in an Automotive Sales Admin or Customer Service role.
- A passion to thrive and work within the Automotive industry.
- Strong customer facing skills and relationship management both internal and external.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak to new and existing customers.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organisation and be able to prioritise work effectively.
- Desire to achieve targets in a fast-paced working environment.
- Use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Confident in using Sales software systems.
- Understanding the importance of Time, Quality and Cost on projects.
- Work efficiently under pressure.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Understanding of SalesForce
