**CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR**

**COVENTRY BASED - £21,000 MONDAY - FRIDAY 08.30AM - 5PM.**

**DUE TO THE LOCATION YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE AND HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.**

Job responsibilities:

- Calculate offers for and take orders from B2B customers
- Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks and process orders taken
- Maintain efficient administrative systems
- Answer customer questions and give advice with regard to product specifications, orders, invoices and deliveries
- Report claims and where possible provide solutions to the concerned customers
- Generate extra sales by calling customers to offer them complementary products and special promotions

Skills & Experience required:
Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office (like Excel and Teams)
- Experience in working with ERP system (like SAP, Oracle) is a big plus
- Great communication skills, especially on the telephone
- You can take the initiative to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
