The Sales Administrator will be responsible for Sample Ordering Control and Administration.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

- Ensuring that customer Purchase orders are tracked and distributed to Sales Account Managers
- Discussing Order requirements with Account Managers
- Placing Sample Orders and taking regular follow-up actions with Manufacturing Plants
- Communicating delivery schedules to Customers
- Arranging transport, including negotiations with vendors, customers and carriers
- Working with Sales Admin colleagues to manage the input and maintenance of system Master Data

All of the above on a daily basis.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Personnel: No direct supervisory responsibilities but able to work on own initiative and with others in a team environment
- Resources: Efficient use of available resources - particularly MS Office Tools and customer’s web-based portals - to progress work successfully.
- Planning: Effective management of multiple orders and communication with stake-holders on a daily basis
- Decisions: Recognise and prioritise customer requests and ordering lead-times in order to manage workload and deliver customer satisfaction

Reporting to Sales Administration Manager.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
