To start ASAP, joining one of the biggest employers in West Suffolk. The role is joining a vibrant and sociable team, carrying out sales ledger tasks and working closing with team members to ensure the department runs smoothly.No accounts experience isnecessary, but a keen interest in Accounts/Accountancy would be advantageous OR an Accountancy A - Level / AAT Level 2 trainee.Training will be provided.

**Duties will include:**
- Reporting and processing daily bank receipts.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank account.
- Raising invoices for all areas of the sales ledger.
- Managing the third party invoices debt.
- Maintaining PO number requests.
- Processing of site hospitalities daily into our
finance system.
- Sending statements to support the credit controller

**2 days working from home available / 3 days in the Head Office based in Bury St Edmunds**

**Flexible working hours between 8am-6pm. Flexible lunch breaks etc**
