Are you an Administrator, looking to join a highly successful company, which is currently experiencing rapid and sustained growth, where you will have the opportunity to study AAT, fully funded by the company and become a Purchase Ledger Clerk?

Are you looking to join a 40-year-old company specialising in New Build Homes. They strive to achieve 5* quality accreditation every year and are looking for an Administrator to become a Purchase Ledger Clerk, and complement their existing finance team.

Your role would involve overseeing Purchase Ledger. This includes maintaining the purchase invoice register, requesting credit noters where necessary, dealing with suppliers, coding invoices, reconciling, and dealing with card payments over the phone.

This role would suit an Administrator looking to upskill themselves in a friendly team within a growing company, which will offer you fully funded qualifications and the chance to climb the finance team.

The role:

- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Coding invoices
- 8:30-5:30 Monday - Thursday 8:30-4 Friday (Flexible start and finish times by 30 mins)

- Experience in an Administration role
- Looking to become a Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Experience using Excel
- Commutable to St. Asaph
