We are currently seeking a talented and motivated B2B Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines consistently. As a member of our evolving team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all administrative tasks related to our B2B operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any customer concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative systems and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

This is a full time, permanent postition. Working Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.
