Administrator - Financial Services

**This current role and salary advertised is for a part time financial administrator for 20 hours per week mainly Monday to Thursday 11:45am-5:00pm with 15 minute afternoon break.**
**The main duties (but not limited to) are the following**:
**2. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, via various modes of communication channels, including welcoming clients to the office.**
**3. Write letters to clients and providers.**
**4. Assist with preparing client review files including compliance required documentation, such as; research; illustrations; valuations and client letters.**
**5. Assist with ensuring that client review files are complete, accurate, with all required client information contained and organised within our required structure.**
**7. Support the business to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with the business and regulatory standards.**
**8. Perform research and cashflow modelling through various tools and systems, conducting appropriate level of research for the client files, reviews or new business. Training would be provided.**
**9. Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.**
**10. Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.**
**11. Maintain competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.**
**12. Attend Training, workshops and undertake training as appropriate**
**The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessary by your changing role within the company and overall business objectives of the company.**
**Attributes, Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
**1. Personable and a team player.**
**2. Highly organised, both personally and able to organise the office.**
**3. Accuracy and good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads.**
**4. Good telephone manner & confident in dealing with clients maintaining a professional attitude at all times.**
**5. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. The attitude and ability to learn new systems and navigate through various provider administration / Intranet systems.**
**9. Experience or proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.**
**10. Educated to A level or equivalent with GCSE passes of C / 5 or above in English Language and Maths.**
**11. Desired: Previous experience of working in financial services administration (either in an IFA practice, a product provider, investments, insurance or banking).**
**12. Desired: A willingness to undertake relevant financial planning qualifications or already studying / qualified with Financial Planning Certificate (FP1), CF1 or equivalent or CII Award in Financial Administration or equivalent.**
