Administration Assistant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Maintain and organise paper and electronic documents and files
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with adding new employees to the HR system
- Arrange training and upload certificates
- Processing maintenance requests
- Minute taking
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Outstanding communication skills with a professional phone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
