Role Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our office by handling administrative tasks, providing exceptional organizational support, and managing various office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with quotes and invoices for works using Xero
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
- Keep office areas neat, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with different teams to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping.
- Support event planning and coordination when required.
- Assist with Reflow and Bright HR with employees.
- Manage time sheets effectively ensuring they are complete on a Monday and submitted to accounts.
- Establish, build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing clients, whilst upholding a professional representation of Greenlight Highways.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of using xero to quote and invoice with existing clientele and any potential new clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
