**Summary of the Role**:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Advisor.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisor to ensure a continued high quality of recruitment support is delivered to the business and external customers.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the coordination of complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
- Responsible for advertising all open positions using a variety of sources and tools appropriate to the position.
- Support the HR team to communicate the on-boarding process for new hires.
- Maintain detailed documentation on all recruiting processes.
- Inputting data into the Workday system to ensure effectiveness of our recruitment activities is tracked properly.
- Weekly and monthly reporting, using workday and ad hoc requests for data.
- Attend and support the Talent Acquisition Advisor with Job Fairs, Careers events and School/College/ University Open Day events.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Advisor with Careers Events materials and administration tasks as and when required.

Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we continue to grow

**Travel Requirements**:

- Occasional travel to Newtown & Career Events as and when required.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
**Education and Qualification(s)**
- MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). (Essential)

**Experience**
- Demonstrates strong initiative, proactive planning, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities and heavily focused on customer service.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work off own initiative and independently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can demonstrate responsive communication.
- Extremely professional and with the ability to develop working relationships across all levels.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role (Inhouse or Agency).
- Knowledge & understanding of LinkedIn.
- Previous experience support on campaigns & Adverts.
