As Operations Support Manager, you will be an integral member of the team, maintaining and improving communication between operations and other departments.
**Duties**:

- Administrative processes to create, input and manage information on to the IT systems
- Auditing information and inputting missing data
- Improving processes & procedures
- Liaising with Project Managers to ensure that project information is updated
- Working alongside the Operations team and ensuring that all PO's, WO's & invoices are sent
- Evaluating existing systems and making improvements to effectively carry out tasks
- Generating valuations for subcontractor payments
- Entering project budgets
- Helping maintain records of subcontractor's details, procedures & insurances
- Acting as secondary point of contact for installation teams
- Ensuring that jobs are correctly processed
- Assisting the Finance team / Operations Director with information for reporting
- Generating ad-hoc management reports
Person Profile:

- Experience of Microsoft NAV / Business Central is a necessity
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software systems - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Work well under pressure with a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Process-orientated, with strong organisation skills
