The job holder will assist in delivering Bon Accord Care’s external and internal communication strategy, which will continually improve communication processes and practices to build a positive reputation for the company. This will involve communicating internally and externally through our social media channels, website and other platforms.

HND level or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
and experience in a similar role.

Communications Strategy implementation.

The Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign and Photoshop.

Website and social media management and development including CMS and analytics.

Digital marketing tactics.

Media services.

4 Outcomes

The post holder will be expected to:

- Gather and create content from across the organisation to support Bon

Accord Care’s Communications Strategy.
- Manage and utilise Bon Accord Care’s social media channels and website in

line with the Organisational and Communications Strategies.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage with

them.
- Support BAC in attending relevant industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, partners and

customer audiences that will help further our reputation.
- Develop and disseminate public relations materials and campaigns that increase our visibility among stakeholders and future markets and promote the Bon Accord Care brand.

The post holder needs to be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of:

- Communications Strategy implementation.

8 Requirements of the Job

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
HND level or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related

field and experience in a similar role.

9 Development

The post holder must have undertaken or be committed to undertaking the

following within a specified period:

- Familiarisation with Bon Accord Care Policies and Procedures.
- GDPR Training.
- Health and Safety Training.
- Adult Support and Protection.
- Any other core training highlighted via the development framework.

**Salary**: £26,205.00-£28,784.00 per year
