**About us**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join assist in all areas of the business. The successful individual will be involved in job pricing and scheduling, coordination of marketing output, project coordination and general administration to support the team.

**Duties will be variable and will initially include**:

- Prepare job costings and match subsequent Purchase Orders.
- Allocate jobs and maintain work schedule.
- Maintain helideck equipment schedule.
- Update the HCA website.
- Assist with marketing activities such as LinkedIn updates, blogs, and customer communications.
- Manage training requests and coordinate training courses.
- Administration of Operations, Quality & Competency Management systems.
- Assist with project coordination.
- Assist with invoice preparation.
- Other general administrative duties such as answering office telephone calls, raising POs, and other duties as and when required to assist the Directors and Inspectors

We are looking for someone who is hard working, enthusiastic and motivated. He/she must have the ability to work within a team but also on their own initiative. This is a development role that will grow and expand as the individual builds up experience. Would suit school / college leaver or competent individual with relevant background who wishes to join a small company and gain a wide experience across a business.

Main attributes:

- Educated to a minimum level of Higher / Advanced Higher qualifications (must inc English)
- An efficient organiser and administrator with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of QA/QHSE systems would be advantageous.
- IT proficient - Microsoft and website
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills while acting as company representative.
- Driving licence preferrable.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and desire to get involved in all aspects of the business.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
