Helpdesk Operator

At Team Support we are looking for a Technical Helpdesk Operative to join our team.
Your role will be to manage to the day-to-day running of the CAFM and ensure all planned/scheduled works are completed. To include planned & reactive works, plus jeopardy management of jobs.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role
- Call handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals
- Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities
- Capability to understand and analyse statistical data

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
