Temporary Sales Administrator

Our client based on the outskirts of Ripon is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This will initially be for two weeks with the potential of this being extended.
The working week is Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm. Paying £12ph
You will be required to:
- Handling account set up for all new customers.
- Collate and send out welcome packs to new customers.
- Acknowledging and maintaining all online order portals across the network and ensuring that the invoicing is up-to-date.
- Handling customer payments. Taking card payments and reconciling the card machine at the end of each day.
- Handling & tracking all customers BACS payments.
- Handling price corrections and loading pricing across the customer database.
- Raising all types of credits (Stock to ullage.)
- Organising the delivery notes/invoices every morning from the previous day’s deliveries.
- To help maintain customer databases and to run any applicable account/product reports.
- Admin support for National Account Managers.
