TITLE: Administrator - Finance Sales & Purchasing

SALARY: £23,500 - £26,000 plus Profit Share Bonus & Benefits

LOCATION: North East side of Ripon

PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Administrator, Office Supervisor, Sales Ledger Clerk, Operations Administrator, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Finance Administrator, Office Administrator

ROLE: Office & Administration Manager

This role is a stand-alone role with no responsibility for a team, however this is a pivotal role for the business and you will be involved in:
Excel reporting

Sales / purchase ledger

Invoicing & raising PO ‘s

Payroll

Credit Control

General administration to support the business

EXPERIENCE: Office & Administration Manager

You will have a strong background in administration, ideally having exposure to a wide range of tasks such as payroll, sales / purchase ledger, financial reporting, data entry, invoicing.

You will be experienced with MS Office and have a good knowledge of Excel - look-ups, pivot tables etc.

Any good examples of streamlining processes or improving administrative support in a business welcome

You will have a UK Drivers Licence
