**Location**
If found successful, you will be offered one or more of the above locations as your base office. You will be required to work from this specific office on a hybrid basis (i.e.,40%/60% of your time office based), therefore you must consider if any of the above locations are within a reasonable travelling distance before applying.
**Person specification**:
Responsibilities as a Commercial Officer with DIO Commercial:
- Provide Administration support to the Commercial teams with the tendering, award, and management of contracts
- Support with processing change orders as required
- Ensure commercial arrangements represent best value for money
- Align with regulations and policy affecting procurement and adopt commercial best practice
- Understand the importance of auditable commercial records
- Support with providing timely returns and accurate statistical data as required ensuring that Commercial data
- Support with providing local compliance with mandatory requirements e.g., H&S training
- Follow business processes using mandated IT systems, ensuring that the data is accurate and relevant ensuring DIO Comrcl compliance against system usage
- Identify, report and escalate risks and issues within the business area
- Essential Criteria:
- Strong administration skills
- Willing to work towards CIPS level 4 within 2 years of joini
