We are looking for people who have strong administration skills to join a variety of Commercial teams that enable Defence to live, work, train and deploy.

Our vacancies are within the following areas:
Sourcing
Contract Management
Projects and construction
- Projects and Construction- You will nurture the relationship with suppliers and internal collaborators while building collaboration within and across organisational boundaries.
- Ensure compliance, audit trails, and provide accurate statistics to support existing programme pipeline
- Provide advice on Procurement Strategy, develop tender documents, conduct tender evaluations, process contract admin
- Advise Project Managers on commercial and contractual issues
- Contract Management- Effective management of our UK and International Contracts supporting land disposal and delivery of Hard or Soft Faculties Management.
- Acting as the trusted adviser for these contracts to suppliers, customers, and team members.
- Assist in running and supervising these crucial service contracts in accordance with the Contract Management Plan and ensuring compliance to the appropriate processes and operating procedures.
- Sourcing- Support the procurement and competitive tendering of service contracts for a large and varied range of projects from capital works, facilities management to the acquisition and disposal of land
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies in partnership with project and customers in line with current legislation and Government/MOD policy and procedures.
- Support competitive tendering through to awarding contracts and contract management through a variety of sources which includes EU Procurement Regulations, Defence Contract
- Regulations, Defence Security and Procurement Contract Regulations, Single Source Contract Regulations, or competitive call off through Frameworks
