Business Administrator

Hayles and Howe: Ornamental Plaster Work and Scagliola are recruiting for an experienced Administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to.
Assist in Compiling and completing all condition reports arriving back from site, ensuring that they are factually accurate, well written and visually pleasing.
Keep accurate records of reports.
Organising and preparing agendas and papers for all meetings, taking minutes, following up n actions.
Complete all PQQ's and all supporting documentation required by clients.
Filing.
Answering telephone as fist point of call.
Any other administration tasks required by the management team.
The role requires excellent written and spoken English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
