As PA/Sales Administrator you will provide comprehensive and flexible sales support to the Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager as well as PA support.

This is a permanent role, based in North Bristol and offering hybrid working, paying £28,000-£35,000 DOE.

Role & Responsibilities
- Arranging contract review meetings throughout the year for relevant points of contact
- Management of online QHSE reporting
- Tracking all holidays and sickness across the team
- Making sure business policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the team
- Ad hoc event management
- General sales administration for the team
- Promotes business values within the team

Person Specification
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numeracy skills
- Detail orientated and efficient
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
