The Energy Reduction Team (ERT) have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator. The role is based at our offices in Prescot and as a company we work within the Energy sector to provide home heating improvements.

ERT are a Trustmark approved and accredited installer of insulation, heating and renewable home improvements and hold MCS certification, along with both PAS:2030 and Gas Safe.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Collation of evidence to prepare submissions paperwork for relevant scheme submissions
- Responding to customer queries where appropriate
- Data input of customer and property information using internal databases and company CRMs
- Assisting with research, projects, and renewal of necessary accreditation schemes such as PAS:2030 or MCS
- Assisting the Business Manager.
- Providing support to other team members as required.
- Submitting completed work to our in house compliance team
- Responding to funder compliance queries
- Perform general administration duties and fulfil ad hoc requests
- Be confident, positive and resilient in nature and a natural organiser/multi tasker with great attention detail and a warm and engaging personality.
- Have the ability to understand and maintain confidentiality at all times and be able to use your discretion.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Display good verbal and written communication Skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
- Have computer proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat
- Show good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Be a team player

Hours of work: 32.50 hours per week, 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday (30 minute Lunch)

Starting salary: £20,280

Company Pension
