As Regional Operations Manager, you are part of our Senior Leadership Team, delivering the both the strategic proposition and day-to-day operational success of your branches.Put simply, your role is to empower and enable your people to drive performance,consistently develop service delivery and most importantly, to support our customers to keep their business promises
**Purpose**:
The purpose of this role is:
- To lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the bodyshop sites and departments within region.
- To deliver all site and regional KPI’s to ensure financial results.
- To ensure the business is equipped with the right people, skills, operating models, and resources to deliver financial and operational results.
- To always deliver exceptional customer satisfaction levels, cycle times, key-to-key / VOR (vehicle off road) and colleague satisfaction levels.
- To train, coach and support General Managers and other key colleagues to deliver required results.
- To optimise cost control and margin control across the region.
