CRC is a college to be proud of. With around 700 staff, 3,500 full-time students and 4,500 apprentices, the campus atmosphere is busy and vibrant. You will find a modern teaching environment with lots of energy and interaction. We strive to achieve very high standards of teaching with regular staff development.

The role will be mainly based in the Cambridge campus hub but will also require working at the Huntingdon campus, alongside the wider Student Support Services teams to provide a student centric service to students. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of incoming and ongoing safeguarding concerns linked to students, this includes making appropriate external referrals and attending meetings. Knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) is essential. You will report to the Senior Safeguarding Officer and will work alongside them to also deliver training to the wider college staff teams to ensure that the college keeps safeguarding at the heart of everything they do.
