Reporting to head of projects we have a very exciting opportunity for a project co-ordinator to assist in delivery of projects for our clients across UK.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for assisting with projects in the UK, from signing of PO through to handover to Support.
- Assisting with multiple projects at any one time.
- Adhere to the evolve group project processes.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and company strategy.
- Help the PM ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Assist with managing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Report and escalate to Project Managers as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained within the projects.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate and contribute to regular team meetings to enhance knowledge and highlight roadblocks.
- Report to Project Managers and/or management team on business metrics where required.
- Treat all team members in the group with dignity and respect

**Required skills for this role**:
- Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Legal, accounting or document management software experience is highly desirable
- Responsible for motivating others in the project team by using an engaging communication style.
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify and suggest improvements to processes without prompts from management.
- Ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail - this is a key requirement.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
