You will be responsible for driving the adoption of QSC Pro Audio products in the UK within our distribution network and our direct account base through agreed business plans.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of a business plan that expands QSC Pro’s market share within the agreed market verticals and targeted accounts
- Develop and manage key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with external direct sales team, as well as internal customer team
- Collaborate with Global Vice President, Sales and Supply Chain management to develop a GTM inventory and sales strategy and execute on those priorities
- Collaborate with our dealers, distributors, end-users and the Pro Audio Global Marketing teams to leverage the channel by means of marketing campaigns, events, trainings, education, videos, etc.
- Maintain the company CRM database for the EMEA region
- Deliver agreed results including product mix and market focus within budget
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
- In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research including competitor and customer surveys
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development

Qualifications:
**Your profile**
- Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of audio, video and networking is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
- Well organized to manage conflicting priorities
- Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed
- Excellent engaging presentation skills
- Confident with excellent influencing skills
- Professionally presented with natural gravitas
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must have proven consultative sales experience
- Proven experience selling solutions within the distribution or direct sales channels
- Experience with Salesforce CRM sales forecasting and tracking is desirable
- Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex system proposition
- Proven track record of strong quota achievement
- Proven expertise managing complex sales cycle within a consultative sales methodology
- Ability to travel to countries including but not limited to UK, EU, USA
- Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
