Our client, a small, successful, prestigious and growing IFA practice with a great reputation for giving a first-class service to its client is looking for a Paraplanner to join their team.

You will use your technical knowledge and expertise to analyse client needs, write recommendation reports and improve the planning process. Working closely with our financial advisers, you will also be supported by a highly proficient administration team.
- Attending client meetings with financial advisers when required
- Analysing client information from fact find, existing records and meeting notes
- Researching products and services to make suitable recommendations
- Writing compliant client reports with appropriate disclosures and illustrations
- Maintaining relationships with product and service providers
- Attend regular investment meeting with directors
- Liaise with compliance officers when necessary
- Liaise with consultants to gain understanding of client profile and objectives.
- Work with administrators to ensure they have an understanding of the advice given and their objectives.

**Person Specification**:

- Level 4 Diploma, familiarity with MS Office, FE Analytics, Voyant and Defaqto
- Technical competence in investments, pensions, tax allowances and protection
- Conscientious and diligent, likely to have at least two years’ experience
- Aware of applicable legislation, guidance and best practice
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Committed to continuing professional development.
- Highly organised and focused on attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, team player and supportive of others
- Professional attitude and experience in client relationships.

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Weybridge
- Monday - Friday, 9-5.30
- £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications
