Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Connections Officer to join our Customer Engagement Team at Salix Homes. We are looking for someone approachable and enthusiastic who can help ensure that the customer voice influences and shapes the services customers receive. You will support our organisation to make a real and positive difference to our customers.

**The role - What I’ll be doing**
- Establishing more effective routes to hear and act on the customer voice, developing and implementing appropriate systems to analyse customer sentiment.
- Identifying and introducing new ways of interacting with disengaged customers in the community. Reviewing our current approach to customer engagement and community.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify the best approaches to connecting with customers.
- Reviewing and improving Salix Homes’ customer feedback surveys and communication preferences.

**What we’re looking for**
- Someone who is passionate about the customer voice.
- Able to adapt to changing work demands and a fast-moving environment.
- Confident dealing with a variety of customers.
- Excellent people and leadership skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Full UK driving license.
