**THE ROLE**
AM London is a fast growing and ambitious retail business based in Old Trafford, Manchester.
We are looking for part time Office Assistant to join our team our a permanent basis. The role will be 3 fixed days Monday to Wednesday.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide reception cover and general support
- Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcomed and comfortable
- Organising refreshments and any other arrangements for guests/meetings
- Coordinating meetings
- Arranging catering for meetings and senior members of the team
- Distributing incoming post
- Maintaining general tidiness of reception area
- DHL Process and Royal Mail deliveries
- Sign for parcels and ensure the correct people get them
- Assist Office Manager
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Positive can do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
