Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Provide support in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments.
- Carry out basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to type efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
