This role will involve both working as a lone practitioner in people’s homes providing domiciliary phlebotomy as well as working in Outpatient settings.

The vacancy is for a part time role of 22 hours per week which will be worked over 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with some Fridays required to cover leave and busier periods. This position is currently and will commence at Band 2 and duties will include blood sampling for patients who access Long Term Conditions Services in both clinic and Domiciliary settings across the County. to ensure patients within Long Term Conditions Services are able to access timely venepuncture.
