Working as an Event Security Steward you will be ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone who falls under your responsibility (including customers, staff and the public in your area).

**Job Overview**

As a member of the Event Staff, you will be an essential part of the venue safety team. You will support the security staff and teams to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and secure working environment for both staff and guests.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner and providing a positive customer experience
- Assist the security incident reporting and crowd management to ensure the safety, security and care of staff and guests
- Full of energy and capable of remaining calm under pressure, you will have a warm personality and good observation abilities,
- Take a responsible approach to the venue/event customer service function.

**Requirments**
- SIA Door Supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable with a good attendance record
- Must be able to work in a team and alone
- Presentable and smart
- Be confident in communicating at all levels
- First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in working at large events

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
