**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and display areas.
- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are adequately replenished.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management procedures.
- Assist in the setup and execution of promotional events and displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
