**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 depending upon experience

**Job Type**: Full-Time
- Free parking- 37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday- 20 days holiday and 8 bank holidays. (Shut down over Christmas)Do you have what it takes to be our next Office Superstar? Our team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help us keep our office running like a well-oiled machine.
As our Office Superstar, you'll be the go-to person for all things administrative. You'll keep our office organized, ensure our team has everything they need to be successful, and provide top-notch customer service to our clients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department with a friendly and professional tone- Keep our office supplies and equipment stocked and ready for action- Make mail processing a breeze by handling incoming and outgoing mail like a pro- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff like a true superhero- Assist with planning and organizing meetings and events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and taking minutes- Keep our records and databases in tip-top shape, ensuring accuracy and completeness- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking, to make sure we're on top of our finances- Handle general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, like a true champ- Be ready to tackle any other tasks that come your way with a can-do attitude**Requirements**:

- A positive and enthusiastic personality that will make our office a fun place to be- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will help you work well with everyone on our team- Superb organisational and time-management skills that will allow you to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite because every superhero needs their tools- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, because even superheroes need backup sometimes- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that you always get things done right- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, but we'll take someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
