We handle everything from initial consultation through to implementing the finished design.

We are looking for a new office administrator to handle all our administrative needs. This is a varied role with a lot of emphasis on you managing your own time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

This includes but not limited to:
**ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION**
- Answering general enquiries with regards to accounts,
- Basic credit control duties to include reconciling incoming payments and chasing late payments,
- Manage all incoming invoices and inputting them onto our internal system,
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns,
- Logging and matching CIS payments,
- Assist with end of tax year administration duties,
- Managing supplier statements.

**WEBSITE & MARKETING ADMINISTRATION**
- Maintain our three WordPress websites - to include but not limited too -updating content,
- Manage social media presence and write blogs,
- Manage our ecommerce shop to ensure pricing is correct and upload new products as and when required as well as writing content.
- Produce/update company literature to include product brochures and pricelists where necessary.

**GENERAL ADMINISTRATION**
- Answer incoming calls,
- Manage our annual accreditation renewals,
- Working alongside interiors team to produce health and safety documentation for upcoming jobs,
- Ensure all electronic project folders are completed with the relevant information,
- Ensure the database is up to date and all relevant documentation is loaded onto the system,
- Book training for employees
- Attend and minute weekly scheduling meetings and update the schedule board accordingly.

**CRITERIA**
- Proven office administrator experience
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have excellent written English
- Must have a creative flare
- Must be IT literate with good typing skills and confident proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Must have an excellent telephone manner and confident to answer incoming calls
- Must have excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to produce creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively as well as manage your own workload and time efficiently.
