Pure Office Solutions Ltd is one of the leading independent UK office interior fit-out specialists and office furniture suppliers.
Our portfolio of services covers every aspect of interior fit-out and design, including office furniture, space planning, internal partition systems, suspended ceilings, cable management, mezzanine floors - just to name a few
We handle everything from initial consultation through to implementing the finished design.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as our administrator.
This includes:
**ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION**
- Answering general enquiries with regards to accounts,
- Basic credit control duties to include reconciling incoming payments and chasing late payments,
- Manage all incoming invoices and inputting them onto our internal system,
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns,
- Matching CIS payments,
- Assist with end of tax year administration duties,
- Managing supplier statements.
**WEBSITE & MARKETING ADMINISTRATION**
- Maintain our three WordPress websites - to include adding new project pages and updating content using templates,
- Manage social media presence and write blogs,
- Manage our ecommerce shop to ensure pricing is correct and upload new/update products as and when required,
- Produce/update company literature to include product brochures and pricelists where necessary.
**GENERAL ADMINISTRATION**
- Take incoming calls/enquiries and forward to appropriate person,
- Manage our annual accreditation renewals,
- Working alongside interiors team to produce health and safety documentation for upcoming jobs,
- Ensure all project folders are completed with the relevant information,
- Ensure the database is up to date and all relevant documentation is loaded onto the system,
- Book training for employees
- Attend and minute weekly scheduling meetings and update the schedule board.
**CRITERIA**
- Proven office Administrator experience
- Must have excellent attention to detail with excellent written English
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Customer service skills and Organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to produce creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
