**Job Description - Office Junior**

Due to the growth of our business we are looking for an Office Junior to join our team.

**Position Overview**
Under the direction of the Business Manager or a senior member of the team, the post holder will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day business activities.

The job purpose is to provide and maintain business administration, provide support to the team also carrying out from time-to-time Patient Transportation Services.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Core duties include but are not restricted to**:

- Administration support for the company site(s)
- Liaising with Business Manager, Team Members, Suppliers and Clients and dealing with their queries
- Organising appointments and scheduling meetings where necessary
- Re-stocking and placing orders
- Updating data & social media/websites
- Assisting with weekly schedules for our PTS Crew
- Making updates to departmental processes and procedures as and when required
- Carrying out Patient Transport Services

**You must have**:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident approach to telephone queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail & able to work on own initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- A problem-solving approach to work
- Driving license (max 3 points)

**A familiarity with the local area will be advantageous & having the ability to have a flexible approach to working hours is essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £10.50 per hour
