We are recruiting for a Recruitment Training Coordinator to join our team at our Manchester235 Casino situated in the heart of the city.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to join on of the UK's leading casino operators offering a wide variety of careers and opportunities.
**MAIN OBJECTIVES OF JOB**:
Responsible for managing the recruitment process within the casino and then identifying, co-developing, and hosting regular inductions within the venue and coordinating training solutions for all areas of the business.
Within this role you will need to regularly monitor training records to provide support and guidance to departmental managers to ensure that all staff training is up to date in line with the company and regulatory requirements.
Previous casino customer service experience will support the delivery of both technical and soft skills training within the casino environment. Additionally, a strong focus on customer service and improvement of service standards is a key requirement to being successful in this role.
**RECRUITMENT**
- Facilitate and lead on the recruitment process at casino level to ensure pre-approval processes are fully adhered to by providing the Group Recruitment Officer with all requests to recruits (R2R’s).
- Regularly monitor recruitment levels of departments and address any concerns to the relevant Head of Department (HOD).
- Manage the Coordination of interviews with senior roles when requires for a panel interview process to ensure it is executed in a consistent and value adding manner, providing coaching and training to panel members where required.
- Accurately maintain records relating to screening, interviewing and assessment processes.
- In conjunction with Club Administrator and central the Central HR Team oversee required administration in relation to rejection and offer letters and the subsequent creation of employee personnel files and also conduct exit interviews for leavers.
- Produce the required new stater paperwork which must be completed and provided to the central HR team for processing.
- Administering new starter employee uniforms, access pin codes, employee cards and lockers.
**NEW HIRE ORIENTATION**
- Support existing staff that are trained in the delivery of new hire orientation and, where required, deliver the NHO programme within the prescribed time frames.
- Ensure that all activities within NHO are completed and documented within required files for future audit and inspection.
- Liaise with local casino management to ensure all probationary review processes, including documented reviews, are executed fully in the prescribed timescales and provide support and input into the process where concerns and new employee suitability to role are in question.
**COMPLIANCE, TECHNICAL AND GAMES TRAINING**
- To ensure all required compliance and other E-Learning modules are completed and regularly monitor refresh training when required via the MetFlex learning platform and reporting functions for any completed or outstanding training.
- To Support training the school paper work, work alongside the Gaming Trainer and provide Administration support and weekly training audits (individual performance).
- To provide basic fire training requirements, including: ensuring the venue has adequate first aiders, mental health reps, SHE reps, fire wardens
- monitor and arrange when required.
**SOFT SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURAL TRAINING**
- Working with Centralised Training Team identify issues of concern and then work collaboratively to provide training solutions at a casino level.
- Assist with the roll out and delivery of training courses and programmes designed or implemented by the Centralised Training Team.
- Working with the Casino Management Team assist through providing support, coaching and training. Checking in process to ensure that management complete all staff reviews, appraisals and probationary reviews in an appropriate and value adding manner.
**GENERAL**
- Working with Club/Venue Director identify appropriate methods of Communication to be implemented and carried out locally to improve and maintain employee engagement.
- Provide advice, support and coaching to Casino Management in order for them to carry out such communications.
- Regularly review attendance levels of all staff at events such as team forums, Buzz sessions and similar events and provide Club/Venue Director with feedback and support to improve attendance and messaging from such events.
- Where required, at the request of Club/Venue Director assist with the creation and execution of employee development plans and corrective action coaching.
