Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency? Our client is seeking a Recruitment & Training Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a self-motivated attitude, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.
  2. Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of recruitment data, including the deletion of candidate information and database administration.
  3. Creating and sending surveys to gather valuable feedback from candidates and clients.
  4. Monitoring and responding to queries received in the company enquiry inbox.
  5. Assisting with website management and job board administration.
  6. Coordinating with external service providers for office maintenance needs.
  7. Providing support to employees completing apprenticeships and ensuring alignment with their coursework.
  8. Performing ad-hoc duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities. A good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be essential.

Our client offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
