Training Operations Coordinator

We are a leading provider of high-quality training courses for individuals and businesses across various industries, including rail, health, safety, and first aid, construction, and mental health.
Our experienced trainers deliver classroom-based and onsite training across the UK, supporting learners through every stage of their educational journey.
We have a strong presence in the UK, with training centres in Salford and Canning Town, London, equipped with replica rail tracks for practical training.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our training booking process, working closely with our trainers and coordinators to minimize travel time and optimize the use of 3rd party suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to think strategically, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time office-based role, located in Salford, where the team works collaboratively throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Acknowledge and process training requests in a timely manner
- Book training dates and ensure courses run at full capacity
- Invite delegates to courses and manage communication
- Minimize travel time for trainers and optimize the use of 3rd party suppliers
