The role:


As the Training Coordination Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of planners and administrative staff to ensure that planning contract deliverables are met in accordance with contractual KPIs. The role involves overseeing planning and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and awarding body requirements, and maintaining high data accuracy within the system. You will be pivotal in identifying areas for improvement, producing data reports, and solving problems to optimise operations.


Supporting the Training Manager, you will balance the performance and skills needs of our dedicated team while optimising the allocation of resources between associates, full-time staff, and the supply chain. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that the team’s knowledge and experience are maintained and that strategic planning for annual leave is implemented effectively, ensuring seamless coverage and operational continuity.
