About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Training and Development Coordinator at Morson Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and query resolution for all internal and external customer training requests.
- Arrange suitable training and/or assessments for customers.
- Utilize strong communication skills and be customer service orientated.
- Maintain an eye for detail when making training arrangements.
- Organize training and assessments for internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with agreed client standards as well as internal quality standards.
