Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery of exhibitions.
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events.
