Project Management Framework

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Strategic Entitlements Engagement team. As a Payments Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Closely monitor and control project progress to ensure smooth hand-over of project deliverables.
  • Review project proposals and plans to determine time estimation procedures and resource allocation.
  • Manage project direction and integrity through project-level reporting and stakeholder meetings.
  • Create project documents to detail project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Project Management.
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in EFT Switching, Cards Payment Gateways, Mobile Banking, etc. technologies.
    • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
    • Ability to recognize and solve potential problems/risks and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
